Please read the following information before making any travel plans:
- Delegates are responsible for ensuring appropriate visas are obtained for attending the conference.
- Be sure to check the travel restrictions to Greece on the website of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Plan ahead and schedule a time to submit your visa application materials several months before your intended departure.

- You will need an invitation letter for your visa application. To receive the letter, you must first register and pay online (see Registration).
- For security reasons, letters of invitation can only be sent to delegates who have registered and paid for the conference.
- Further information on the application process can be found on VFS Global website.
