  • Deadline to submit a short abstract (max. 350 words): 30 June 2025.
  • Deadline to submit (optionally) a short conference paper for publication in the proceedings by Springer (indexed in Scopus / SCImago): 15 November 2025.
  • Deadline for online registration to attend, present and publish, present only, or publish only: 15 September 2025.
  • Deadline for payment as confirmation of participation (see Registration): 10 October 2025.
  • Before doing any trip planning, be sure to check the travel restrictions to Greece (see Visas & Accommodation).
